We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive consultancy service sales in areas such as project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and government incentives. The role involves lead generation, engaging with key decision-makers, presenting proposals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and incentives.
Generate leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry portals, website inquiries) and offline sources (industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, networking).
Interact with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and senior decision-makers to understand project needs.
Present proposals, follow up with clients, and coordinate with internal teams for closure.
Build and maintain solid client relationships and referral networks.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business pipeline growth.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).




Experience in B2B consulting or industrial services sales preferred.
Understanding of MIDC processes, statutory approvals, project finance, and government incentives is an added advantage.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a target-driven setting.
