Roles and Responsibilities :

Statutory Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and timely filing of returns.
Coordinate and support labour inspections, audits, and statutory visits.

Government Liaison:
Act as primary contact with labour department, factory inspector, and other statutory bodies.
Represent the organization during inspections, hearings, and conciliation proceedings.
Ensure compliance-related documentation is accurate, updated, and readily available.

Industrial Relations:
Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
Support union/worker representative interactions and negotiations.
Implement standing orders, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.

Contract Labour Management:
Monitor contractor compliance under Contract Labour Act.
Monitor contractor licenses, manpower, wage payments, and PF/ESI adherence.

HR Operations Support (Site Level)




Oversee attendance, leave, shift rosters, and workforce records.
Support employee data management.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for factory employees
Implement company HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at the plant level.
Conduct awareness programs on statutory perks, discipline, safety, and workplace behaviour.
Support employee welfare initiatives

Job Requirements :

Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliances
Hands-on experience in industrial relations

Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Should be fluent in English and Marathi language (Read, Write, Speak, Typing)
Ability to coordinate with government authorities confidently
Solid documentation and record-keeping skill
Conflict resolution and negotiation skill
High integrity and attention to detail
