Job Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design,



focusing on adult learning principles and e-learning development.
Solid understanding of instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora, is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform instructional design decisions and optimize learning outcomes.
Robust knowledge of educational technologies, including learning management systems and social media platforms.
