MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in clinical practice,
preferably in a hospital or primary care setting.
Proven experience in working with Ayushman Bharat schemes, including claim processing and patient onboarding.
Familiarity with TPA operations, including understanding of insurance workflows, claim submission processes, and network provider protocols.
Strong knowledge of medical coding, documentation standards, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
Proficient in using EHR systems and digital health platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced, patient-centric workplace with a focus on service delivery and accuracy.
