Executive Officer (EO) Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose

The Executive Officer (EO) Talent Acquisition will support end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions across technical, corporate, and sales functions. The role requires robust sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Support
Manage recruitment for junior-level roles across technical, corporate, and sales departments.
Handle requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining support.
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recurring hiring needs.
Screening & Coordination
Conduct initial screening to assess experience, skills, salary fit, location preference, and joining availability.




Coordinate smoothly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Support
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Data & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and hiring MIS.
Support documentation and data accuracy in the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Core TA experience is mandatory.
MBA preferred, preferably in HR or related specialization.
Experience in hiring for junior roles across technical, corporate, or sales functions will be an advantage.
