Role & responsibilities
Basic Finance Fundamentals Understanding of accounting concepts such as GL, AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial statements.
Basic ERP Knowledge – Awareness of what an ERP system is, its finance modules, and how it supports business processes.
Business Process Understanding – Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles.
Technical & Analytical Skills – Positive knowledge of MS Excel, basic SQL (preferred), and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Communication & Learning Attitude – Solid communication skills, teamwork, documentation ability, and willingness to learn current ERP concepts and business processes.
