We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Member to join our Extended Warranty Claims Non Motor team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Process and manage extended warranty claims non-motor efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues.
Analyze and interpret policy terms and conditions to determine claim validity.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of insurance industry operations and regulations.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
