Key Responsibilities
Handle shifts independently and ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare operational reports and MIS
Manage floor manpower and workforce allocation
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for operational efficiency
Monitor inbound, outbound, and supply chain operations
Ensure adherence to process and operational standards

Skills Required
Robust operational knowledge of Supply Chain (SC)
Team handling and manpower management skills
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
Relevant experience in operations/supply chain management preferred
