Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Fulfillment will lead transformation programs focused on end-to-end fulfillment excellence, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in order management, logistics, inventory, and distribution optimization within global supply chain settings. The candidate will work with clients to design and implement digital fulfillment strategies that enhance visibility, agility, and performance across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements in fulfillment transformation, including order orchestration, logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Develop and implement fulfillment operating models and digital roadmaps aligned with client business strategies.




Drive improvements in order-to-delivery (O2D) processes using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
Partner with technology teams to deliver solutions leveraging SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Kinaxis, and other SCM platforms.
Define and monitor key fulfillment KPIs such as order accuracy, cycle time, fill rate, and on-time delivery performance.
Manage large-scale SC&O; transformation programs with multiple global stakeholders.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
