Kumudu Software Solutions (makers of Jewel Master, South India’s leading jewellery ERP, serving 600+ clients) is upgrading its entire team. We have a explicit, funded mandate of 10 positions to close over the coming months:
Sales Executives – 2
Software Implementation Executives – 4
ERPNext Developers – 2
Accountant – 1
QA – 1

What you will do
Own the full cycle: sourcing screening interviews offer joining first-month follow-up
Source via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp groups and cold outreach
Screen for stability and intent, not just resume keywords — our AI-assisted assessment tools help you shortlist faster
Negotiate salaries, manage notice periods, prevent offer dropouts
Report daily metrics (calls, profiles, interviews, offers, joinings) directly to the founders

What you get
30,000/month fixed + 5,000 per joining (paid after 30 days) + 3,000 retention bonus per candidate completing 90 days. Realistic total: 5.5–6.5L/year at 2–3 joinings/month




Direct access to founders — decisions on offers and budgets in hours, not weeks

What we need
2–4 years hands-on recruitment experience — staffing agency / consultancy background strongly preferred
A track record of actual joinings you can name and we can verify
Solid Kannada + English communication (Hindi a plus); confident on the phone
Any graduate. Skills and closures matter more than degrees
Immediate joiner or 15 days notice
