Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end US Recruitment Life Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and social media.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.




Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
Build strong qualified relationships and negotiate offers with candidates.
Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Internet research.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm to learn.
Knowledge of US Recruitment processes is a plus (but not mandatory).
