Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and productive manner
Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, fund transfers, and balance inquiries
Proactively identify and address client needs, offering relevant products and services to enhance their banking experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless service




Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
Proficient in the use of relevant banking systems and software applications
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to continuous learning and career development
