WE ARE HIRING SAFETY OFFICER
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of machinery, equipment, and work areas.
Investigate incidents/accidents, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement EHS policies & procedures.
Motivate and drive the team to follow safety rules & regulations at workplace.
Manage and maintain safety equipment, fire equipment, and first-aid facilities.
Ensure compliance with local and national safety laws, factory acts, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
Maintain and update safety records, permits, and statutory registers.
Coordinate with government safety inspectors and auditors.
Conduct fire drills and evacuation drills.
Support ISO 45001 / EHS management systems.
Conduct safety induction training for recent employees and contractors.
Organize periodic toolbox talks,



and Safety Awerness training.
Promote safety awareness and secure work practices among workers and supervisors, to comply statutory requirement as per factory Act.

Experience 4 - 5 Years

Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
