Asst. Manager - HR - Plant - Tile Division

Location: Kaiyal, Mehsana

Salary: 4 LPA - 7 LPA

Role responsibilities
Experience in handling both HR and Industrial Relations is preferred.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Payroll and attendance management and coordination in monthly payroll processing
Verify daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
Maintain statutory registers and records, employee records / personal files
Monitor canteen, transport, security and managing administrative activities
Attending government officials during visit
Problem-solving, decision making, Leadership and team coordination




Solving labour shortage problem by co-ordinating with labour contractors

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience required in HR Role
Knowledge experience in HR Generalist Activities/ Plant HR/ Canteen,Transport management/ Labour Laws.
Any Graduate
Male Candidate Preferred
