Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
Work effectively in a team to achieve common goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO setting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UG education: Any Graduate.
