Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments including Operations, Kitchen, Service, Housekeeping, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate Office.

Build a strong recruitment pipeline through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, hotel management institutes, and industry networks.

Visit all company outlets regularly to understand manpower requirements, identify staffing gaps, and resolve employee concerns.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees, explaining the companys culture, policies, rules, and expectations.

Help recent employees settle into the organization and support them during their initial period.





Train and motivate staff on grooming, etiquette, hygiene, cleanliness, customer service, and workplace discipline.

Monitor staff accommodation, food facilities, and employee welfare.

Assist employees with ESIC procedures and other medical support when required.

Preferred candidate profile

37 years of HR experience in the Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

Proven track record in high-volume recruitment for hotels, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality groups.

Solid knowledge of labour laws, ESIC, PF, payroll, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel regularly across company outlets.
