Role: JR PM/ Project Analyst

Compulsory Certification Level : GW has asked for Specialist/ Lead (ACE) - Mammoth, Niseko, Olos, but we can look at profiles with GW Project Management experience with No or at least Associate level Certifications. Higher the better.

Grade: G5- 6 to 9 Years

JD:

We are looking for a Project Analyst / Junior PM with experience in delivering Guidewire on-prem to cloud migration projects. The role involves supporting project planning, execution, and governance for migration initiatives involving Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, while coordinating across business, vendor, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of Guidewire on-prem to cloud migration projects
Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams
Work closely with Guidewire functional, technical, infrastructure, cloud, QA, and business teams
Track project status, RAID log, action items, and escalation points
Support migration readiness activities including setting setup, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare




Prepare status reports, governance updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications
Ensure proper tracking of requirements, risks, issues, and change requests
Assist in managing release schedules, defect tracking, and post-migration stabilization

Required Skills
Experience in Project Analyst / PMO / Junior PM role on Guidewire transformation or migration programs
Hands-on exposure to Guidewire on-prem to cloud migration delivery
Positive understanding of Guidewire suite and insurance domain processes
Familiarity with cloud migration lifecycle, including planning, migration, cutover, and stabilization
Robust coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models
