We re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify recent business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth
You ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets
Identify and develop recent business opportunities to drive revenue growth Generate leads through various channels including outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions aligned with our services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and secure deals Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools




Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry Robust understanding of IT and software development services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectivelye Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team Experience in the IT or SaaS industry Knowledge of digital marketing or lead generation tools Familiarity with proposal writing and tender processes
