Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor production activities to meet monthly and yearly targets.
Ensure availability of machines, raw materials, and manpower.
Review MIS reports, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, discipline, training, and performance.
Implement and monitor ISO 9001-based quality systems; ensure product quality.
Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and compliance of safety norms.
Manage inventory of slow-moving/non-moving items and coordinate with PPC.
Drive 5S, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives; monitor and control OPEX.
Ensure effective deployment of QMS and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Plastic/ Polymer/Mechanical/Composite/Glass/Production/Industrial /process)
9- 15 years of experience in production or plant operations.
Experience in QMS, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma preferred.
