Role & responsibilities

The Operations & Client Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including maintaining client records, processing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of client requests.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organised, willing to learn, and comfortable using technology.The executive will manage client communication, respond to queries, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. The role involves nurturing client relationships, tracking service delivery, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Laptop Requirement:





Candidates should have access to a personal laptop for carrying out day-to-day official work. The laptop should be capable of running standard office applications such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, email, and other business software.
