Key Responsibilities
Allocate collection portfolios to agencies based on performance.
Achieve bucket-wise collection and minimize flow to higher buckets.
Monitor and manage agency performance.
Handle customer escalations and collection-related issues.
Coordinate with legal and internal teams for recovery cases.
Ensure timely agency billing, CRM closure, and audit compliance.
Recruit and train field officers as required.
Maintain 100% utilization of collection tools (HHT) and ensure operational efficiency.
