Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Manage and build solid relationships with distributors and retailers.
Expand distribution network by identifying and onboarding current retailers/distributors.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in retail outlets.
Execute trade promotions, schemes, and discounts effectively.
Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and pricing insights.
Share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
Drive secondary sales and ensure proper stock management at the distributor level.
Resolve distributor/retailer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Experience:



Minimum 5 years in field sales with at least 2 years in the personal care, beauty, or FMCG sector handling offline/general trade channels.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the personal & beauty care landscape including retail formats, consumer behavior, and seasonal trends.
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
