Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to gather requirements with clarity and document business requirements.
Understand enterprise application , integration with enterprise application like ERP, MES, etc
Ensure the delivery of Planning and Scheduling solutions, by driving and supporting the solution design, development, and performing the respective acceptance activities
Design and implement APS solutions based on client requirements.
Work with the development team to get requirements done by providing the algorithm.
Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Engauge in training for customers
Conduct competency improvement with in Indishtech
Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery of APS implementations.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations, prepare response to RFQ, prepare POCs, build accelerators

Experience and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science,



Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
5+ years of experience in APS implementation, worked on minimum of 3 large scale implementation. Strong hold on functional knowledge of planning and scheduling.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing workplace or have worked on the shop floor.
Experience with databases, ability to write straightforward to medium complex queries.
Familiar with Algorithms or basic programming skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and lead group of engineers with software , testing engineers
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
