Job Purpose: We are looking for a Loan Document Checking and Disbursement Specialist to manage the loan disbursement process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complies with the companys policies. The role involves processing various types of loans, such as MSME, Housing, and Personal Loans (PL). Knowledge of lending systems, KYC processes, and documentation for private, partnership, and property-related loans is essential.

Principal Accountabilities:
Loan Disbursement: Ensure disbursement of SME loans with proper document verification.
Processing of Files: Handle loan files in the operation queue while maintaining service quality standards.
Timely Processing: Process files within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Adherence to Policy:



Ensure that loan disbursement follows the company s document policies and guidelines.
Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) to maintain and analyze data.
Teamwork & Pressure Handling: Work effectively within a team and manage pressure in a agile work workplace.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain various operational Management Information System (MIS) reports.
