Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Stay up-to-date on credit card products, features, and benefits.
Robust in hiring, training, motivating and tracking the executives to enhance performance.

Proven experience in credit cards sales management, preferably in a NBFC or bank.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Solid in Hiring team
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with credit card products and services.
Analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends.
