Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in the KPO or education technology sector.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies.
Solid leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
