Role Summary

Origami Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international sales across the USA, Europe, and APAC. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, outbound sales, proposal management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end international business development and sales.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Build and manage the sales pipeline using CRM.
Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales and proposal preparation.
Mentor Sales Executives and track team performance.




Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Required Skills
5–7 years of experience in IT/Software Services or International Sales.
Robust experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI, cloud, or software development solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working across international time zones.
