Reviewing and finalization of tender documents scope of works, General conditions of contracts and special condition of contracts, approved makes, details specification for civil works.
Reviewing and finalization of services BOQs and drawing and getting the same finalized through consultants.
Coordination with clients and govt. authorities for project design documents approvals and getting the sanction and approvals.
Projects scheduling and monitoring preferably on MS Projects or Primavera.
Coordination of bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.
Coordination, approvals and finalization of project DPRs
Contract Administration.
Domestic/International Travel
Ex-Military Engineer Services, CPWD, Govt Authorities, DDA etc.
Hands on knowledge of computer softwares for monitoring works.
Qualification B.Tech,/B.E/Bsc.(Civil) or B.Arch
