JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager & Business Development to manage our gifting merchandise store and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory control, billing, team coordination, and business development.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store
Store Management: Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities
Store Management: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels
Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Billing and Reporting: Handle billing processes and maintain accurate records
Billing and Reporting: Generate sales and inventory reports
Billing and Reporting: Track store performance metrics and suggest improvements
Display of Products: Ensure appealing and strategic display of corporate gifting items

Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent
3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
