About the Role Leafy Wheels is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers handling inbound inquiries, booking appointments, and following up to ensure every customer has a smooth, satisfying experience with our car detailing services. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and helping a growing business build robust customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about car detailing, wash, or grooming services
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm bookings, and remind customers of scheduled appointments
Explain service packages, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Schedule and coordinate appointments with the service team




Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and bookings in [CRM/Excel/system used]
Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi / English]
Friendly, patient, and persuasive phone manner
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and stay organized under a quick-paced environment
Prior experience in automobile, service industry, or telecalling is a plus

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday

Shift Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM
