Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end investment and wealth management operations.
Oversee portfolio accounting, fund accounting, transaction reconciliation, and NAV validation.
Ensure timely and accurate client reporting and investment reporting.
Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service quality.
Review and resolve reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions.
Lead, mentor, and manage the investment operations team.
Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, investment advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.




1020 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or Family Office Operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading operations teams.
Robust expertise in portfolio accounting, fund accounting, reconciliation, and investment reporting.
Proficient in Advanced Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.
Experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, Advent Geneva, Addepar, Black Diamond, Investran, or Allvue is preferred.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to offshore wealth management operations and alternative investments is an advantage.
