Role & Responsibilities
Drive customer/stakeholder engagement.
Solid understand and knowledge in Deductions, Claims, Disputes, Collections, Cash Application and Reconciliation (End to End).
Gap Analysis and Solid Documentation skills
Support governance and reporting.
Ensure compliance and audits.
Lead RCA and continuous quality and productivity improvement.
Develop SOPs and process controls.
Drive KPI/SLA adherence.
Support transitions and stabilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional Teams.
Coach and Guide the Team members and drive operational excellence.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

Experience

Minimum 6 - 7 years of Relevant AR- experience.

Skills/Competencies Required

AR - Deductions & Claims, ERP, MIS, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Skills, Leadership.

System: SAP, Oracle, and relevant front-end application

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certified

Other Information

Adaptable to work in shifts and travel as and when required.
