Role & responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
Handle IP (In-Patient) medicine dispensing efficiently.
Maintain inventory control, including stock receipt, storage, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor near-expiry and non-moving medicines and coordinate monthly pull-out activities.
Ensure timely stock fulfillment to avoid shortages.
Maintain pharmacy records and documentation as per hospital standards.
Use MS Office and email for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Follow all pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and hospital SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).




Must possess a valid registration/license from the Jharkhand Pharmacy Council.
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in IP dispensing, inventory management, stock audits, and pharmacy operations.
Knowledge of near-expiry monitoring, non-moving stock management, and monthly stock pull-out processes.
Basic computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
Positive communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hospital setting.
