Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining team coordination and quality, and handling basic HR and administrative activities. Candidates with experience or exposure to the Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain team coordination and ensure quality of work.
Handle employee engagement and support HR operations.
Manage HR documentation and basic office administration.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in HR,



Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
Experience or knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
