The Business Development Manager (Home Loans) will be responsible for driving sales and growth of the home loan portfolio by acquiring new customers, building and managing channel partnerships, and maintaining solid relationships with developers, DSAs, and financial intermediaries. The role involves meeting sales targets, enhancing market presence, and ensuring superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business for home loan products through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referral networks.
Identify and onboard new DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and developer relationships to expand the business pipeline.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business plan.
Conduct financial profiling of customers, assess creditworthiness, and guide them through the loan process.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
Provide product knowledge and training support to DSAs and channel partners.




Maintain regular MIS reporting, sales forecasting, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.
Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
