Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Design and implement lead generation funnels to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
Manage paid campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to achieve target CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and creative performance analysis.
Develop retargeting and nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates across the customer journey.




Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and CRM teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across channels.
Track, report, and present key performance metrics and insights to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
