Supratik Infra Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, construction monitoring, quality control, cost management, and timely project delivery.

Role & responsibilities
Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and monitor project milestones.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor RCC works, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site execution activities.
Handle BOQ, estimation, billing verification, cost control, and resource planning.
Ensure QA/QC standards, safety compliance, and construction quality.




Track project progress through DPR, MIS reports, and site reviews.
Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred candidate profile
Civil Engineering degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.
Experience in contractor management and site execution.
Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
