Roles & Responsibilities
Read commercial lease agreements.
Extract key lease details into the system.
Record lease start, end, renewal, and rent dates.
Capture rent, escalation, deposit, and payment terms.
Update lease amendments and modifications.
Ensure lease data is accurate and complete.
Track critical dates like renewals and expirations.
Maintain lease records in the lease management system.
Support lease compliance and audit requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve lease-related queries.
Must-have Skills
Experience in Lease Abstraction.
Positive understanding of commercial lease documents.
Knowledge of lease types (Gross, Net, NNN).
Basic knowledge of rent escalation and lease amendments.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with lease management software (preferred).
Knowledge of ASC 842 or IFRS 16 (preferred for accounting roles).
