Daily review of Branch level performances across all parameters.
Provide support to Branches to streamline collection process.
Ensuring 100% adherence of compliance norms and company policies.
To maintain all the process and audit requirement records as per the desired standards of the company.
Manpower implantation at RCM levels.
Ensuring Daily Deposition of Cash Collected.
Maintaining state wise performance on daily basis.
Highlighting Sales related issues wherein Sales team breaches company policies while doing sourcing.
