Role & responsibilities
Own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels, aligning hiring plans with business growth and workforce planning.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25 recruiters, setting targets, reviewing pipelines, and building their capability.
Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and forecast headcount.
Drive senior and leadership-level hiring personally, including sourcing, screening, and closing key positions.
Build and continuously improve TA processes - sourcing strategy, interview frameworks, assessment methods, and offer management.
Own employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, campus outreach, referral programs) to strengthen the company's talent pipeline.
Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and staffing agency relationships, including negotiating commercial terms.
Track and report TA metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness) to leadership.
Ensure a robust candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.




Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
Support current location/branch hiring ramp-ups as the company expands.

Preferred candidate profile
6 - 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in a team-leading/managerial capacity.
Must have hands-on experience leading bulk/mass hiring drives (e.g. sales teams, front-line roles) - this is a must-have.
Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment functions, ideally across multiple locations or business units.
Robust stakeholder management skills - comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Hands-on experience with sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, agencies) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Data-driven approach to recruitment - comfortable owning and presenting TA dashboards/metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Prior experience hiring across functions (sales, tech, operations, etc.) is a plus.
