Manage all bureau related activities starting from Bureau Reporting data to CICs. To resolve bureau related requests and complaints of the customers. To ensure 100% reporting of all on-boarded accounts as per TUDF guidelines to all the CICs as per RBI guidelines.
To ensure complete ownership in any reporting / extraction / implementation of bureau data from system as per any revised RBI guidelines whenever implemented.
To ensure resolution of the Regulatory bureau related complaints of customer within the defined TAT
