Roles and Responsibility
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees.
Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics related to international business.
Create engaging learning materials and content for training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and employees.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the BPO industry.
Robust knowledge of international business operations and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
