Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of SAP ABAP experience; SAP Certification in ABAP is preferred.
Robust knowledge of S/4 ABAP and its applications.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
Experience in various types of projects, including implementation, support, and upgrade.
Good understanding of the SDLC and related processes.
Should be able to articulate well through various means such as presentations, meetings, group discussions, etc., and should be a positive listener and a people manager.
Must have worked in all three types of projects.




Should be positive at effort estimation by considering the complexity of objects and proficient in making appropriate assumptions while estimating efforts.
Working knowledge in Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Monitoring concepts & tools (such as XL, MPP, etc.).
Very valuable awareness of the entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC.
Should be a proactive driver and ensure timely status reports and tracking of development work as per expectations.
Identifying and resolving issues by analyzing programs and determining solutions.
Assisting the team when necessary in the development process, which could include R&D; on technical issues or creating Proof of Concept programs.
Should work in shift timings.
