Role & responsibilities

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in Android+Java+ Kotlin and in addition to this, we need the below skills too.
Robust in OOPs concepts and hands-on coding experience in Android, Kotlin, and Java (candidates will be required to write code).
Practical experience with Android OS-level APIs (e.g., Services, Binder, AIDL, system services).
Exposure to Kernel / Hardware layer interactions (e.g., HAL, device integrations like sensors, Bluetooth, etc.).
Solid understanding of performance and stability, including handling ANR and memory management scenarios.
Robust experience in developing multi-threaded applications, with a transparent understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and thread safety.
Experience in software and system architecture and design (e.g., scalable and maintainable application design).
Demonstrated technical leadership, including guiding team members on design and implementation; focus is on hands-on technical direction, NOT people management.
Exposure to IoT and HVAC domains is an added advantage. (Not a must)
