We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our hospital finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, inventory cost management, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Candidates with hospital or healthcare experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports with accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain hospital cost accounting systems.
Perform variance analysis between standard and actual costs.
Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Monitor inventory costs and support inventory audits.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management.
Maintain accurate financial records as per accounting standards.
Support statutory and internal audits.
Implement cost control initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
