Role & responsibilities

Collect, manage, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources. Clean, organize, and transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Design and develop dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Create Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Conditional Formatting-based reports.

Prepare WBR, MBR, and QBR reports and presentations.

Track attendance, shrinkage, productivity, SLA, utilization, and operational KPIs.

Analyze trends and provide actionable business insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports

Preferred candidate profile

Robust knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Expertise in formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, and IFS.

Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
