Job Summary

We are
looking for an experienced MIS Analytics to lead the MIS and
analytics function for the Emerging Markets business. The role will act as the single
point of contact (SPOC) for all business data, ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and timely availability of information across functions. The
incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage, validate,
analyze, and present business data, enabling leadership to make informed
strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point
of contact (SPOC) for all MIS and business analytics related to
Emerging Markets.
Manage and maintain business
data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and
completeness.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance,
Commercial, and Business Development to ensure timely data updates and
alignment.
Develop, maintain, and
automate MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft
Excel.
Perform data validation,
reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.
Analyze business data and
generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational
decision-making.
Present meaningful
dashboards, KPIs,



and management reports to senior leadership.
Identify business trends,
prospects, and potential risks through data analysis.
Standardize reporting
processes and implement best practices for data governance.
Lead and mentor the MIS team
while driving continuous process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
6?10 years of experience in
MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Robust expertise in Power
BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and MIS reporting.
Proven experience in data
analysis, data validation, and dashboard development.
Experience in handling large
datasets and preparing management reports.
Robust analytical and
problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder
management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Prior experience in team
management is preferred.
Experience in the
pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
