Key Responsibilities
Lead or support investment transactions across the full lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
Develop, build, and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess returns, and analyze risk scenarios.
Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations, and clearly communicate findings to senior management and investment committees.
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio investments, identifying risks, prospects, and value-creation initiatives.
Collaborate with legal, tax, accounting, and external advisors to support deal structuring, documentation, operations and execution.
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, investment partners, lenders, and external advisors.
Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital deployment strategies, as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
Expertise in Investment Management and portfolio analysis




Solid background in Investments and sound knowledge of financial marketsProficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing opportunities
Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing opportunities
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective Investment Strategies
Excellent analytical, communication, operations and decision-making skills
Collaborate with legal, tax, accounting, and external advisors to support deal structuring, documentation, operations and execution.
Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or related fields is a plu

Qualifications:
CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
