Design, develop, and implement customized mapping specs using IBM Sterling Integrator.
Provide technical support for all B2B transactions and troubleshoot message processing and connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trading partners, including setup and configuration of communication protocols like AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTP/s, CD, and AWS S3.
Create and maintain UNIX/LINUX scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using logical and analytical skills.

Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Sterling Integrator (B2Bi).
Robust skills in IBM Sterling Integrator Map development and Business process development.
Valuable knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, X12,



TRADACOMS, etc.
Understanding of SAP Integration, API, and SOAP is required.
Experience with creating and maintaining customized mapping specs.
Technical support experience for all B2B transactions.
Ability to work in shifts, excluding night shifts.
Positive communication, logical, and analytical skills.
Willingness to support in shifts (excluding night shifts).
