Role & responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage the transport department vehicles and co ordinate with the users or user departments.
Taking care of smooth flow of operations during night.
Counseling the patient attenders regarding our service and charges for particular services along with consultants and billing executive.
Attending the patient and attendants queries.
Arrangement of beds as per the patients required.
Taking rounds with nurse, security incharge.
Arrangement of non availability medicines and things in case of emergency.
Taking care of valuable things while we send outside the organization and even while the things will come inside the organization.
Proper guidance to the patient attenders when the patient got expired also during MLC admission.
Make sure that sufficient manpower in all respective areas.
Receiving patients & arranging for First Aid.
Coordinating with concerned Doctor’s for consultation & admission.
Attending the ambulance calls.
